GPS on-site tracking enables us to track the exact time of each worker spent on site. Contractors and sub-contractors can refer to our records to confirm any individual’s time working on any given day, providing the opportunity for wage savings every week and potentially a considerable saving over the length of an entire project.
→
Certainty that all on-hire staff from OneScope are managed legally and ethically
OneScope’s strict membership criteria requires an annual audit of each agency member’s operating practices as well as their standard employment contracts. This ensures on-hire staff are treated fairly and equally. →
Supporting INZ and MBIE initiatives of employing MSD candidates
Through our partnership with MSD, we will create criteria for each agency supplying to a OneScope project, ensuring that one social outcome-related candidate, e.g. MSD candidate, is placed for every 10 staff they provide to the project. This also supports INZ’s plans to create a ratio for supplying migrant workers to the market.
